胡培,男,1987年10月出生,中共党员,教授,博导,湖北工业大学理学院/芯片产业学院副院长,入选武汉英才优秀青年人才、“3551光谷人才”和十堰市科技领军人才;荣获湖北省科技进步奖三等奖。长期从事能量存储与转换材料及器件的研发及产业化工作,在国际著名学术期刊Chemical Society Reviews、Adv. Funct. Mater.、ACS Nano等上发表论文30余篇。主持包括国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金、湖北省重点研发计划、湖北省技术创新专项重大专项、湖北省自然科学基金、湖北省教育厅重点计划和湖北省高价值知识产权培育工程等省级以上科研项目7项;申请和授权发明专利累计30余项。积极推动产学研深度融合,累计获得横向经费近5000万元,其中单个专利科技成果转化1000万元;带领团队攻克钠电正极材料关键技术瓶颈,性能指标达国际先进水平,建成全球首条千吨级钠电正极材料产线。
